Click the ⇆ button in the middle so the LAVA you want to swap is on the left.
Enter the LAVA amount you want to swap on the left side (Try 0.01 less than max if max amount doesn't work)
Click Swap LAVA
If you're swapping hot→cold then you'll be shown an escrow address. You'll have to manually send the Elysium lava with MM. Make sure you're sending from your MyForge address so it knows it's from you.
